Two Brooklyn Heights townhomes, 45 State St. and 314 Hicks St., are getting the star makeover treatment.
"We are creating a home that will blend into a quaint neighborhood characterized by carriage houses, yet keeping the interiors very modern to suit the taste of today's buyer," said Deanna Kory, the senior vice president of the Deanna Kory Team of The Corcoran Group, which is exclusively handling sales and marketing for both properties.
With completion slated for November 2008, the four-story 45 State St. will house three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms within its 3,420 s/f of space. The new interior is designed by New York City-based architect Gordon Kahn. It is listed at $4.25 million.
Kory is also listing 314 Hicks Street, a townhouse that is being constructed adjacent to 45 State Street. When completed in the fall of2009, the 4,400 s/f townhouse will have five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as two powder rooms, spread among five floors and connected by an elevator.
