    As Senior Vice President of Research & Analytics for The Corcoran Group, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Citi Habitats, Ryan Schleis guides all market research efforts for the company, ensuring the firms and their clients have the most timely, accurate and sophisticated market intelligence in the industry. Ryan and his team prepare The Corcoran Report, the widely read quarterly analysis of the residential for-sale market in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island’s East End and Palm Beach. In addition, Ryan oversees the preparation of a host of exclusive reports, analyses and presentations detailing current market conditions, important trends and historical statistics. Ryan and his team leverage the vast experience, market share, proprietary databases and private information of The Corcoran Group, Corcoran Sunshine, Citi Habitats and their parent company Realogy, in addition to public sources, to better understand the competitive marketplace. Ryan’s team of dedicated market research specialists is the largest and most adept of any residential brokerage firm in New York City. Ryan’s analysis is frequently cited in major publications such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg News; he is a speaker and panelist for industry events; and he provides expert witness testimony on the real estate market for legal proceedings. The Research department also plays an integral role in consulting engagements locally and worldwide, such as asset/portfolio valuation, feasibility studies, repositioning analysis, and predevelopment planning. Before joining Corcoran in 2006, Ryan was an Engagement Manager for The Concord Group, a real estate and land use consulting firm in San Francisco. In that role, Ryan advised developers, builders, financial institutions and government entities on projects coast to coast. Ryan is experienced in market analysis and development programming for a wide range of product types including residential, retail, office, industrial and master-planned communities, with a particular emphasis on urban development projects. Ryan holds a BA in Urban Studies from Stanford University.
