Danielle’s first experience with New York real estate began during her relentless search for an apartment on the Upper East Side in 2007. Now a resident of SoHo, she has since developed not only a passion for her neighborhood, but strong expertise in the unique mix of condo, co-op, townhouse, and tenement buildings in the area.
Danielle’s quest for the perfect SoHo home led her to purchase and renovate her current apartment. Her personal real estate experience, coupled with her success in finding apartments for friends and acquaintances, has given her a strong baseline of knowledge for each Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhood in which she works with her clients as a dedicated agent.
Highly skilled in the areas of sales and marketing, Danielle created SoHo’s first and only neighborhood blog and retail network, Soho Strut, establishing relationships with local managers, landlords and residents. She also spearheads community programming that includes professional networking, after-hour events, art gallery nights, and volunteer opportunities with local non-profits. Her unique insight, vast network, and proactive approach serve Danielle extremely well in bringing customers and properties together in the most innovative and effective manner.
Originally from Ohio, Danielle is a graduate of Miami University and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She previously worked as an auditor at KPMG, LLC in Manhattan and several large financial services companies ranging from asset managers to banks. Performing in a project-based environment has honed her ability to manage complex projects from the initial planning stages to completion. Danielle draws upon this skill and tenacity to provide top-notch service and orchestrate seamless deals for her real estate clients.
