"Customer Service" was the theme of the event as Corcoran CEO Pamela Liebman addressed the group of over 900 agents, saying, "Only through providing outstanding service will you differentiate yourselves from your competitors and remain not only relevant but essential to the client's experience." Corcoran's top award, Salesperson of the Year, was won by Robby Browne.
The firm reported more than $10 billion in closed sales in 2009.
