BY THE SEA. A beachfront Amagansett home has sold for $10.35 million. The 4,000-square-foot house comes with an ocean-side heated gunite pool. The Long Island Real Estate Report identifies the buyer as 97 Marine Boulevard LLC; the seller of the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is listed as Corleigh Associates.
