I became a Licensed NY Real Estate salesperson in 1989, an Associate Broker in 2000, and now have decades of property management experience and hundreds of successfully closed transactions countywide. A diplomatic negotiator, I am focused, efficient, and patient in order to achieve my clients’ goals, whether collaborating with sellers, buyers, owners, tenants, or builders. In 1987, after living in Manhattan for 16 years, mainly in NoHo and a few years off Central Park West, I moved to Rockland. Shortly after I moved into NY, I inherited a very large loft where I had my own tenants for many years while living as a painter, certified by the NYC Dept. of Cultural Affairs. For many years, I was fortunate to meet and work with “living legend” mentors in Art, Architecture, and Real Estate Law. Those cultural and business experiences and relationships made me who I am. Anyone who would like to work with me can expect a successful and pleasant collaboration. Upon meeting new clients I enjoy designing a dynamic visual/financial strategy for them to achieve a spectacular successful result!
