About Cara

Cara Sadownick started her Real Estate career in 1993. In her first nine years on the commercial side, she enjoyed much success bringing new companies and retailers to Brooklyn. She sold entire commercial buildings, and won a tough bid from NYState for the land beneath what became The Nu Hotel and condos in Boerum Hill. In 2002, Cara balanced her business with residential sales experience that led her to become the second-highest producer at her previous firm. She now regularly sits among the Top 20 Brooklyn Brokers at Corcoran. A hardworking and energetic advocate for her clients, Cara helps buyers excel in their transactions by sharing vital market information and coaching them through their deal from start to finish with attention, wisdom and humor.
