Daniel Champoli, a native New Yorker, is happy to have assumed the role of Assistant to the members of the Cliff-Gasdaska-Conlon Team. Daniel initially worked in the world of Academia, having earned two Masters Degrees in the Humanities. Daniel studied and worked for seven years in Rome, Italy, and then returned to the United States to begin teaching Undergraduate Philosophy and Theology, during which time he also worked in Pastoral Ministry in the Catholic Church. Most recently Daniel has worked as Business Manager of The Church of The Blessed Sacrament on Manhattan's Upper West Side, where, along with his incredible team, he helped oversee the growth of the Parish as well as helped initiate the renewal of its facilities- a magnificent Gothic Church, school, and two town houses. While challenging, Daniel very much enjoyed managing these facilities, which eventually sparked his interest in Real Estate. Daniel's other interests include the outdoors, biking around the City, classical music, as well as fine tuning his skills on the pipe organ. He has lived all over Brooklyn, but recently moved back to Middle Village, Queens, where he lives with his husband, Jeremy Bailey-Smith, and their maltese-terrier, Daisy.
