After having a baby we decided to move to the suburbs and sell the condo we had only bought (with Amanda) 2 years prior. We were a little nervous about losing a lot of money selling after such a short period of time, but Amanda was able to sell our condo at asking price in literally three days. She ALSO helped us find a new home in the suburbs — she looked at SO many houses with us and we actually ended up purchasing a home after doing a FaceTime tour with her when we were out of town during the open house... we trust her THAT much! She was extremely helpful in keeping the process moving forward to close quickly on both the purchase and sale, going above and beyond.
