Amy was an exceptional broker to work with throughout this process. She was diligent, well-informed, helpful and motivated. My experience was smooth and clear, all thanks to Amy's efforts. She was responsive at every turn and made sure I was comfortable and up to date at all times. She also was a great liasion between me, the board, and the seller's side. I had a tight timeline to work with and we not only met that, but actually closed two days prior to our original target date. I was confident we'd get there with Amy on my side. The real estate world needs more brokers like Amy. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Amy went above and beyond always. She is knowledgeable, responsive, on top of everything and tireless. As an added bonus, Amy is an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend whole heartedly. She is a gem.

Amy was absolutely fantastic in helping us throughout our buying process. She arranged a tour of all the available units, helped us limit those to the most valuable and best target units in our price range, and then convinced the other side to sell to us. Her efforts didn’t stop there–she referred us to the right mortgage lender who provided excellent service. Amy exceeded all of our expectations!

I worked with Amy, & she was fantastic–we spent a day visiting a bunch of apartments, of which all were in my price range & met my requirements (shocking!). At the end of the day, I had 4 great places to choose from. You can't ask for better service than that! With Amy's help, I had a signed lease–on a place I never could have found on my own–in a day and a half.

Too bad there are only 5 stars listed here, because Amy is absolutely amazing to work with! I first met Amy in late 2020 when I had started my search to a new home, which shortly came to a halt. We reconnected in 2023 and restarted the search and I couldn't been any happier with my experience with her! Amy is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Throughout my search, she treated me like family and gave me useful feedbacks and suggestions. She always took her time to make sure my concerns were addressed, left no questions unanswered, and was always available. After our search was over (successfully!), she kindly introduced me to her friends who resided in my new building who gave me a very warm welcome! Even now, months after closing, Amy periodically checks in to ensure all is well with my new home and if there are any concerns. I highly recommend Amy and her team and I cannot wait to continue to work with her in the future for all my real estate needs.
