Andrew Roth and Louca Bornemann represented us as we went through the process of buying a home during the summer of 2018, and we loved working with them. We were looking in both Marin and SF, and it was awesome to have agents who were so knowledgeable about both markets. We also felt like they were just incredibly supportive and helpful through the whole process, which is very emotional. Touring properties with them was great because they knew not just the areas but also the quality of the homes we were seeing. They helped us get a mortgage broker who could do a 21-day close. They walked us through what they called "the fire drill"--setting up calls with inspectors so we would feel comfortable waiving contingencies to make a more aggressive bid. The first time we went through all of that and then decided at the last minute not to make a bid because we didn't feel quite ready, they were so understanding. When we were in the bidding process on the home we ended up getting, they walked us through a complex negotiation process. I can't recommend them enough and am so grateful we had them on our side.

Andrew sold our first San Francisco home for us more than 15 years ago and represented us when we bought the home we just sold. He always had our best interests at heart and did a great job.
