Once my husband and I decided to sell our San Francisco Victorian, our first decision was who to select as our realtor. Bonnie & her team are AMAZING! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She helped us sell our mother's house which was in bad shape from years of neglect, definitely a "contractor's special." Bonnie & her team introduced us to all the right folks to get the house ready for sale. After getting a new roof, having the house deep cleaned, and the windows sparkling, Bonnie created a video which fostered excitement. I learned more about Concord from the video than in all the years I lived there as a child. Bonnie gave us great advice as to pricing the house. Even before the house officially listed, we got preemptive offers. She responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails.
