She was extremely helpful prepping & staging the property prior to listing, as well as coming up with a game plan that met our needs and then executing on it. Caren had great strategies and advice for getting the seller to accept our offer over others. She is also excellent to work with personality wise and very patient. Caren went above and beyond with the sale of my house. She was receptive to concerns I had and was there to answer questions even after regular hours and on the weekends. Selling a home can definitely be a high anxiety and challenging time for a seller, but she was very positive and helpful in easing my anxieties. I am glad that I listened to her about the recommended sales price. My house ended up selling in less than five days with six offers to choose from at an above asking price I was happy with. She did extra things that really mattered to ensure the contract went through. She also offered excellent advice in terms of what I should fix up before putting the house on the market. She has good connections to many people who were also very helpful during the process, such as a house stager who did an excellent job of staging the house. Everything went off without a hitch, and I highly recommend her.

She is delightful to spend time with and even helped with the baby while we were looking at homes. We found her local knowledge and patience while walking us through the process to be invaluable.
