I highly recommend Chris. We worked with Chris to sell our home in San Rafael, CA. I had accepted a job offer out of state and needed to move quickly. With Chris' advice (and help), we were able to get our house showing ready in less than a week. We received multiple offers on our home and sold over list. She made a scary and overwhelming process easy to navigate.

Patience while we looked at many, many homes, until we found just the right one. We were looking for a location near nature where we like to hike. There was also the consideration of our interest in a single story home. I would certainly utilize her services again. She discovered that we enjoyed nature, and our home has deer and coyotes and raccoons plus other critters. Our preference was lots of open spaces and windows, we got all that.

Chris understands what we are looking for and does not waste our time looking at homes that would not be right for us.
