Christine was very understanding and patient with us. She was instrumental in finding us a new home for our family and helped us to decide what we really wanted. She was always upfront with her assessments of the properties and she made herself readily available to us during the process so that we could look at as many homes as we needed (which also helped us decide what we really wanted). I listed her negotiation skills as adequate only because we found a house which we loved for a good price and bought it without much negotiation. Chris helped my sisters and I sell a family property. She did very thorough research to help us establish an asking price for the house. Since the house was an unoccupied dwelling, she made numerous suggestions to make the house more attractive to buyers. Once the house was listed, she kept in constant contact with all of us advising us of every open house and viewing appointment. She was always available for any questions we had.
