I met Cory Maguire about 8 years ago when a friend recommended her as an excellent realtor. I had such an amazingly wonderful experience working with her when I bought my house in Sebastopol. She is clearly "as good as it gets" in regards to knowledge, experience, being straight forward, kind, generous with her time, a joy to work with, honesty, and reliability. I just can't imagine a better realtor. Right now she is helping me find another home to purchase. It will be my 4th purchase with Cory as my agent, and I hope there will be more after that. It's really wonderful working with her.

Cory and her partner, Donna could not have been a better choice for us as realtors. They helped us sell our house within 2 months and it sold well above listing. They hand-held us as we cleaned out a house of 17 years, re-shaped the landscaping and managed all aspects of clean up and clearing out the house--a very difficult job indeed! They rolled up their sleeves and helped in every way possible. They were professional and efficient--advising us and guiding us through the of letting go of our home difficult transition. We first met Cory Maguire in May of 2012 when we inherited a rental property in Sebastopol. I'll cut to the chase... Cory and partner Ian are the absolute best, as realtors plus as humans. I met them about a year ago just after my husband suddenly died. I needed to complete deferred maintenance on my current home, find a new home plus sell the current home. They stayed with me for a year now... never any pressure to buy or sell. I found Corey and Ian at a very unsteady time in my life. I had just lost my mother and was now facing moving my ailing father in with my family and knew we needed more room. We had limited time to make the transition and exacting needs in a new house - all was very daunting. They rescued me. They listened. They gave amazing advice - not just about home buying but about the transition we were facing. They were patient with me but persistent with other agents. Cory is really a Sebastopol expert, and just a wealth of knowledge about purchasing Sonoma County Real Estate.
