We cannot recommend Courtney and Matt enough. Courtney helped us buy our condo in the Mission two years ago. Courtney drew on her years of experience in commercial real estate to walk us through what to expect and how to approach the home buying process. And not only was she beyond informed and educated when it came to the SF market, but Courtney was responsive and thorough to boot. She answered the endless questions we had whether they came in an email sent at midnight or a 6am phone call. But perhaps she was most appreciated during the offer process. She worked tirelessly to pull comps and really dig into the details to make sure we were putting as competitive an offer forward as possible.
