The patience of a saint with us (not easy clients). Got to know more about us than how many beds and baths we were seeking. Got to know our "culture" perfectly and was able to direct us to certain communities that were perfect fits. Made paperwork a non-issue. Lots of other home tours, a couple unsuccessful offers, tons of research finally led us here. David was patient, proactive, honest, thorough, and always friendly.
