 have known Eli (Elijah) for years, going back to growing up in Wisconsin, so it was an easy choice for us to trust him while we hunted for investment properties.What you need to know about Elijah: He is a great communicator and Ican't stress this enough. It is a top five need for your realtor tobe,  and Eli is great at it. You'll never have that moment where you think, "boy, I wonder what is going on with the offer." When he gets updates, you get them, sometimes even when he doesn't have updates, you get them. :)For us, he relied heavily on data and statistics to drive communication. We had him look at several properties for us, but ended up narrowing those down less on what they were, and more on what they financially represented after looking at neighborhood and area wide trends. Elijah has graphs for everything and allowed us to decide on what we wanted to do, after giving us the information we needed to make those decisions. It was a very different process for us. We were used to Realtors showing us houses and us narrowing those down. In this case, he did have some suggestions for houses, but mostly wecame to him with those and he showed us the breakdowns for eachproperty.H...

Eli was very responsive and helpful throughout our house hunting and closing process. I'm very happy to have worked with him during my dream house purchase saga.

Eli (Elijah) is the realtor you want.  I could end this review here but Yelp says it isn't long enough.  So, here's why.  He is very thorough, and very personable. "Easy to talk to" is probably the right phrase, but it doesn't really do him justice.  He communicates well regardless of how you want to talk to him. My wife is a texter, no problem.  I like to talk, also no problem.  He backs up every important conversation you have with an email, to be sure there isn't a miscommunication.We sold our house fast (we got over our asking) and it was the easiest process I've ever had in a real estate transaction.  He handled everything, and was amenable to our suggestions as well.  We had a certain escrow company we wanted to use but he handled pretty much everything else.  I travel a lot so I needed a mobile notary and he didn't even blink.  Everything was timed and handled exactly how wewanted it to be.I know he talks about being a buying specialist, but the man can do just about whatever you ask him to. If you are ready to buy or sell, call this man.
