I have never worked with someone that was more willing to help and was so accessible. Elizabeth went way beyond what I felt was her job. She met HVAC people for repair purposes; she met me on many instances just to reassure me. She never failed to answer the phone or connect back with me promptly which I was trying to reach her. In 2016, this kind of customer service is just unheard of. Although I realize you are not responsible for the awesomeness and professionalism that represents Elizabeth, you are responsible for who you hire and who represents you. Elizabeth is certainly someone I would want representing me.
