Five months ago my husband and I had the exceptional luck to be connected through with Eric, who was a phenomenal buyers agent. This was our first experience purchasing an apartment in Manhattan and we'd heard many stories about how difficult and laborious the process is. I believe that a team thrives on cooperation, collaboration and vision. Having a few bad eggs can unbalance a work environment. Eric is someone you want on your team, because he will elevate your work environment. He is extremely knowledgeable about residential real estate (sales, marketing, design) and despite his years of experience and seniority, he works harder than anyone, setting a great example for the rest of the team (both junior and senior). His collaborative nature makes him a joy to work with. Smart, experienced, industrious and collaborative--to me these are the essential qualities of a leader, and Eric possesses all of them.
