Exceptional across the board! 100/100 Frederique answered our questions right away day and night and never made us feel silly or stupid for asking. As first-time buyers, we didn't know what to do (or expect) and she was able to guide us through the whole process from start to finish. We found a couple things on our own and asked for feedback, which she gave readily and honestly, and in a couple cases Frederique was able to refer us to folks she's worked with before. As stressful as the process was, my wife and I are really glad that we had Frederique to help us navigate it! She is sharp, she is helpful, she is communicative, and she is consistent - all great qualities to have in anybody, but I should think especially great in a realtor. If/when we need to buy (or sell, I guess) in the future, we'll be giving Frederique a call!

Selling My Condo I wish to thank Frederique for all her hard work on selling my home. Her efficiency and understanding of the situation was amazing and she managed to get through the bumpy road. Even had the closing before the holidays Bravo.. There were some unique circumstances involved with the Lenders but her diligence got this achieved and made it a successful sale.
