While this is a review for one property purchase, it should be noted that I've now purchased 5 properties with Holly's help. During that time I've learned a lot from Her. With each purhase, Holly's proven to be exceptionally capable. She is well versed in every aspect of a transaction. She is very adept at finding properties that meet my needs and upon finding one that I want, extremely good at combing through the disclosures surrounding the property and pointing out any factor which might have a future impact on my ownership of it. This caused me to reject several properties that I thought I wanted. In other words, instead of settling for a quick sale, Holly made sure that I was getting a property that made sense for me. Holly was absolutely amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers so everything for us was a new experience. Holly took the time during each step of the process to walk through it and ensure we had a complete understanding. She was always very responsive and we never waited for responses to questions we had. We had a the opportunity to work with Holly to buy our new home and sell our previous house. In this crazy market with homes moving so quickly and multiple offers being the norm, we expected the purchase to take months to find something that met all our needs. But Holly found us the right home quickly and get reasonable contingencies and at a price below asking price. I had a really great purchase experience with Holly. I was seeking both a 1031 exchange property and an agent to help me find it when I met Holly at a home that she was showing. The owners of that home had already accepted an offer by the time I saw it, so we just starting talking. During this 10 minute conversation she provided me with lots of useful information, such as what kinds of properties various demographic groups preferred, the areas with the best school districts and how the 1031 process works. This was much more info than any other agent gave me. After that, and before I formally decided to use her for my property purchase, she followed up with me regularly. Rather than merely sending me links to MLS, she sent me weekly emails containing info about properties she'd seen herself and why she thought that I'd like them. She also told me why I shouldn't buy some properties in which I expressed interest. When I decided to bid on properties, she was spot on on how I should bid.
