I can't thank James enough for all the effort he put into helping us find our first home! We spent months together searching for the perfect home & he quickly picked up on exactly what my husband and I did and didn't want in our home. James is a rare find. I connected with him to see a property he had listed for a client and found him to be knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Sometime later, I asked James to represent me in a home purchase. He gave me a great deal of relevant information and advice, which allowed me to make informed decisions. He has always been extremely responsive and easy to work with. It's nice having someone like James as your advocate through a delicate and at times trying process like a home purchase. As an added bonus, he was proactive in providing advice on renting out a property and was able to find a well-qualified tenant for me. James was extremely responsive and accommodating to our out-of-state status. He was able to help us do preliminary work to narrow our focus so when we were in town we were able to make the most of our short time to the key units which passed the initial screening. James made recommendations both for Lawyers, Plumbers, A/C, and other servicemen to not only make the initial closing pass with flying colors but set us up for key contacts in our new home. The negotiations were quick and painless - again kudos to James and his staff.
