She is so on top of things and one step ahead of you all the time. If I were to sell a house again, the only person I would call is Kelly Healy.

We have worked with Kelly at both end to buy and to sell the same property. Among many agents we spoke to during our buying time, Kelly came across as the most knowledgeable person, she understood our needs and helped her in every setup of first time home buying. When it came to sell the same property in 4 years later due to city move, she really went out of her way to give us the most worry free experience. Being not located loacally she covered many appointment from handyman to city inspections. Her listing was great, her assessment of the property was right on and we were able to sell in less than a month and close within two! Kelly is great person to work with, always available, helpful, resourceful and working with your requirements and not at all imposing or pushing.
