When I started to sell my Harlem Duplex, I was overwhelmed with problems. Particularly with a pesky quagmire with the Department of Buildings for an open gas leak. That open gas leak would have cost me thousands of dollars and prevented me from closing the sale! Relentlessly, for 4 months, Kim got the administrative sign off. Lucky for me, my broker was Kim Amzallag. She is not only an A+ problem solver but was able to sell my condo at my exact asking price.
