Would I recommend Kim and Rhonda to buy or sell a home? Without a doubt!! They were able to successfully sell my home at above asking price during the midst of the pandemic. My home was listed on the day the country was shut down and Kim and Rhonda had it under contract within two days. The offer was contingent which can be very tricky. They were able to hold the deal together and went above and beyond to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I would highly recommend this professional and fun team and suggest you use them if you are given the chance. You will not be disappointed.
