I would give 10 stars if I could. When we first looked at the property, the seller’s agent indicated that we would not be able to get a mortgage for a property that would be closed in the winter months. Lilah suspected otherwise and hooked us up with a willing mortgage broker and lender, while also negotiating a lower price. She would be an invaluable resource to any buyer. She is smart, well-organized, knowledgeable and very savvy.
