Mallory is the best! It's hard to find a realtor that you trust, understands what your looking for and guides you through the process painlessly. Mallory does all of this flawlessly. One of the big advantages to working with Mallory is she grew up in the Russian River Valley. She can drive through neighborhoods and literally point out every street that is at risk of flooding, what each neighborhood is like and hidden gems that you might not have found. She is able to easily be honest about what you will find for your price and is no pressure. Best of all though, Mallory is fun to be with and see homes. She found us the perfect house. She recommended us a local lender that specializes in the area and kept everyone on track for a smooth and quick closing. I can't say enough how much I appreciate all she did for us.

I can't say enough about the great efficient service Mallory provided. I recently acted as trustee of a will and needed to know a ballpark fair market value of a bequeathed property in the Rio Nido area. Sadly, there was nothing of financial gain for Ms. Lambert in helping me, but she did so anyway. She really knows the area, and was able to provide a detailed history of the property. She even corrected some misinformation I had been given. She is professional, thorough, and good at what she does. If you need a real estate agent familiar with the Russian River area, and someone who is service oriented, she is your gal.

Mallory helped my husband and I find our first dream home. She was attentive, knowledgable and a joy to work with. She helped make finding a home much less stressful by listening to our home needs, and helping us navigate through the market to find exactly what we were looking for.
