The only reason we found my second home (the home of my dreams) is because she knew where new construction was happening and she knew the person working the front office. She was able to connect with them and get me a decent price within my price-point. As long as I'm in the Bay Area, I will always use MaryAnn for my real estate needs, and I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who is in the market to buy/sell property.

Having MaryAnn as our agent, was essential for us, in so many ways, we experienced some troubles acquiring our property, but MaryAnn was so on top of things that got us thru every step of the way, she was able to answer all the questions we had (as first time buyers we had a lot) an other very big and important point about MaryAnn was that she was able to explain everything to my husband in spanish, since his English it isn’t very good yet. I could go on and on but the truth is that with out her help, patience and most of all her experience we couldn’t have done it.

We met MaryAnn Cruz at an 'open house' and her presentation/demeanor made the difference in our choice of a realtor. She spent about 3 weeks trying to find us our dream home in Hayward. She was incredibly patient and encouraged us to not rush into a home that didn't meet the list of things we were after. When we finally found a home we liked within those 3 weeks, she guided and navigated us through the home purchasing process and 2 weeks later we were at the escrow/settlement table. Our experience with MaryAnn was exceptional. We had a roller-coaster 3-5 month ride with our home sale + home purchase, due to various external factors, and MaryAnn was critical in getting us through it all in one piece. We (and our friends/family) have worked with other agents in the past and they felt like mechanical/undifferentiated experiences -- which had even made us question the need for agents in the home buying process. MaryAnn is the absolute best in the business - I could not have done this without her guidance and help! She is amazingly professional and exceptional in her work, and without her I would not have been able to get through this process. Being a first time home buyer you tend to be very very cautious. MaryAnn was beyond patient with us and extremely helpful when we asked her the same question numerous times.
