Nadia far exceeded my expectations. I could imagine any more she could have done to improve the experience we had. I have worked with several agents during my travels around the sun. Even being in the real estate industry for a good part of my career, I have never come across a more hardworking, knowledgable, kind and caring agent than Nadia.  She communicated daily throughout the process. She scoured through county records (online and physical) looking for prior wok permits on the home.  Nadia thoroughly reviewed the home and pest inspection reports to make sure there were no major findings missed and to ensure those that were major got repaired. She even found us a carpet cleaning company to come out and clean the carpets on a 12 hour notice the day before move-in.  I could go on and on about helpful Nadia was during the process. However the best compliment I can give is a referral. I will absolutely refer Nadia to all my friends and family in the area when they need a real estate agent.

Nadia, is a great agent! She is on top of every detail of the transaction. She actually makes other agents look subpar sometimes. We have been working together since beginning of 2020 and have done 4 deals together, and hope to do another 2 in the next few months.

Nadia sold our house is less than two weeks. My wife and I have purchased and sold six houses throughout our marriage. We have worked with six different realtors. Are you kidding me? Nadia should train every realtor in the State of California. She is THE BEST. Three for excellent? She needs a thirty. The only downside to working with Nadia is that it spotlights how not as good every other agent you work with in the future is. She really is the best. I have worked with Nadia several times over the years. She sold us our first house and when we were ready to upgrade, she sold our old house for us and sold us our replacement home. Now as life has led to more changes, she was a rockstar once again and sold our home and helped us buy our (hopefully) last home. Nadia is amazing!
