I've worked with Pam for many years on a number of different transactions, and she continued to come through for us on our Sale and Purchase transactions in September / October this year. She's easy to work with, responsive, good with counterparties, and always maintains her composure. Even when I would get a little excited or concerned about various aspects of our negotiations or transactions, she maintained a good sense of calm and intervened with others to keep things cordial and productive while still getting issues addressed. I also think her steadiness and gregariousness shouldn't be confused with a lack of aggressiveness - Pam recognizes when assertiveness is necessary but manages it in a way that doesn't come across as threatening to others involved in the transaction. In summary, we're very satisfied with the services provided. If we have another transaction (hopefully not for awhile), we'll use Pam again, and, in the meantime, we'll continue to recommend her to friends and family who ask us about our experiences.”
