From the first conversation we had with Rick Whipple about selling our house he gave us instructions to get the process going and emailed us the disclosure forms so we could get started. Rick visited the property and gave us input on preparing it for curb appeal. Rick had the 'coming soon' sign placed at our request giving us additional time to complete the repair work and do clean up. He made recommendations to not make undo repair work. He understood the market and that painting the inside of the garage door really wasn't going to make a difference. Rick is personable, worked within the time frame we faced and the best agent I know. I had never met Rick before though both my wife and sister-in-law had worked with him in the past and felt Rick's experience, knowledge of the area, and manner would benefit us in the end, and they were correct, though I feel Rick FAR surpassed anything my wife and sister-in-law led me to expect.
