Rocky is great. He knew all the things to do, to sell our house. All of his suggestions worked and was able to get well above our asking price in less than a week. We could not be more pleased with his thoughts and ideas for the sale. Rocky had helped us with a relative's house in the past; did a great job on that sale. Rocky and his team took on what we expected to be a long and arduous process -- selling the home my mother and our family had lived in for nearly 60 years. He thoroughly inspected the house and gave us an clear picture of what needed to be done and what we could expect along the way.
