I've worked with Scott for 20 years, and he is simply the best- I would never even consider using another realtor. I have purchased and sold at least 9 properties with Scott- he is a tireless worker, ensuring every detail is meticulously completed. He knows this market, and anticipated trends. He is a great listener, and I value both his understanding patience, and his professional wisdom. He is always willing and available to advise, and I trust him implicitly. My entire family uses Scott, as well as many of our friends and clients. Everyone has been impressed with his level of professionalism and service. During a recent sale, my family experienced some drama at the exact time that a tree fell on the house- Scott took care of everything, from meeting the tree guys to mowing the grass...he's just a fabulous realtor.

Scott Ashcraft was extremely knowledgeable about the property values in my neighborhood. He had sold a home on my street for top dollar a few months earlier. He understood my situation as an owner of this property which had been occupied by my daughter for over 10 years. Scott listed the property higher than I had suggested. He knew the market and I received and accepted an offer over the listed price! The photos taken of the interior and exterior of the house were excellent. The on line advertising of the home was also excellent and timely. The yard sign was substantial and in good taste. The printed listing photos of the home was very professional and great for prospective buyers to take with them for reference. Scott communicated with me daily on the progress of the buyers inspections and concerns. It was very refreshing to deal someone who had owned rental property and understood that I was only going to do minimal repairs. He did advise me to have the interior painted with an off white color which made such an amazing difference. Great experience. A very understanding agent who gave me great advice on what should/shouldn't be done to the property for a quick sale.

My final decision was determined once we met. The first impression of him confirmed my decision for me. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and offered needed suggestions when asked. After placing the property in Scott's well-qualified hands, I knew I did not have to worry about anything else. Scott took care of all the required tasks and even went well beyond to make sure the property SOLD. I WOULD RECOMMEND SCOTT OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SELL PROPERTY.
