Sharon was a great help in finding our first home in Raleigh! We were making a cross-country move from WI, so it was challenging to look at houses ourselves. Sharon in turn was our eyes, and in the initial stages walked us through via Facetime some of the houses we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through what we should be looking for based on our needs. Once we decided on a house, she handled all of our questions, concerns, and listened to our frustrations. She even checked on the house during construction and offered to stand in our place when we were unable to be there in person due to the distance. We couldn't have done it without her! Sharon was such a blessing as we began our home search from out of state. She was our eyes and ears on the ground for several months as we choose a community, builder, lot, and floor plan. She walked us through each stage of the new construction process. She even accompanied me to our design appointment when I flew in for the weekend. She helped make sure we were resolving any questions and concerns we had with the builder, especially as we neared our closing date. She also had an eagle eye during our final walk through and new home orientation. We are so grateful for her attention to detail, organization, and willingness to help in any way she could.

The sale of my mother’s house was emotionally difficult. Surely that is not unusual, but living on the opposite side of the country would likely make it more cumbersome. Through my estate attorney’s referral, I spoke with Sharon on the phone and immediately felt comfortable; this was going to be okay. We had communicated via email for some time, and she proved patient, organized, and thorough. In the end, her efforts made my transaction a very smooth one. My partner and I have been working with Sharon to find our new home and we cannot say enough good things about her. This was our first time buying and she did a wonderful job of explaining the process and patiently answering and sometimes re-answering our many questions. She saved us a ton of time by crossing homes off our lists for reasons we would never have thought to consider, but are actually critically important (for example, checking to make sure the 540 bypass wasn't going to be built through our future front yard). While we were very satisfied working with her throughout the searching process, it's the final stages of the home buying process that I really want to emphasize how invaluable her expertise was. Sharon was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy she was! She has extensive knowledge of the whole process and was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She worked with us to get to showings quickly, and was ready with insight and input on many of the homes we saw.
