He was there 24/7 and when the closing got moved several times due to builder issues, he was right there explaining and emailing - doing much more than he needed! Steve always came and drove me to the house check ups and meetings and since this was the first time I had to purchase my home by myself, I really appreciated his knowledge. Steve was very professional and I believe that goes back to the excellent company he represents. Your company is lucky to have such a committed employee working for them!
