I'm a very difficult individual to deal with. I contacted Tom regarding buying a property in Humboldt County. He soon found a property that had eluded my search. Very impressive. I didn't end up purchasing it. However, he is very active in searching for you. I decided to search out of the area. I still would have used Tom because he so impressed me. However, he had character and referred me to a more local RE agent in that area. I really appreciate his honesty. It is definitely his strong suit.

Honestly, where do I begin?! Tom is extremely motivated. As soon as I said we were ready to buy Tom was able to get us out and looking for homes at the drop of a hat. Within the first week we put in our first offer and within two weeks we went into escrow. There were so many complications on my end. With my husband working out of the area it was practically left up to me and my 11 month old. Tom stepped up for us in a multitude of ways and my family and I are forever thankful for him.

Tom is the best! Our house buying process couldn't have been any smoother. We lived 10 hours away and we not able to come to all the inspections or anything else we needed to be present for. Wow! What a whirlwind that was....We just closed on our new house today thanks to Tom! In today's market, we kept getting out bid, changing direction, etc. We had to move fast on viewing homes because they were getting offers accepted within days of being up on the market, and Tom was there every step of the way with us. He was always super quick to respond and get us viewings and beyond helpful in digging up any property reports and information he could find, as well as helping to interpret some of the jargon in those reports. He turned around paperwork super quickly when we were trying to rush in an offer, always provided insight on the market, and made sure that we were making thoughtful decisions and not just grasping at straws in desperation to find a place. It will be a second home for myself and my parents, which was a totally new concept for us! Very quick and responsive. Tom was able to work around my weekday and weekend work schedule. He was able to communicate to our seller and had my offer accepted and closed in just about a month. This home buying process was very easy, I will be using Tom again in future purchases.
