I can't say enough about Victoria and how hard she worked for us ALL the way through the process, including all of the months we spent cleaning out the house and preparing it for sale. She is not only kind and caring and always always helpful, but also proved that she's a complete pro and knows what she's doing as all of her advice paid off and we sold the house quickly once it went on the market. Victoria was easy to deal with - understood our requirements, helped us narrow down the search area for multi-unit purchase, helped us avoid pitfalls (for example called the Berkeley rent board to ensure no previous rent control applied), showed us many properties, always available to work through issues on the purchase process. All in all - fantastic experience Her ability to work with three partners on the purchase, listening to all of us while continuing to drive the process was admirable. Victoria would be our choice for any/all future multi unit purchases in the Bay Area.
