Jeb Hart is a born-and-raised, and lifelong Brooklynite who bought his first property in brownstone Brooklyn at the age of 20. Since then, he’s purchased, restored, lived in and sold at least 12 properties, in neighborhoods from Brooklyn Heights where he grew up to Cobble Hill, Red Hook and DUMBO where he was one of the pioneers, and Park Slope where he currently resides. Jeb has an intimate understanding of the historic nature of property in beautiful brownstone Brooklyn as well as the inherent value. His passion for historic renovation and preservation, and for NYC real estate in general, inspired him to embark on a career as a sales professional after decades in the music business. He previously served as a senior marketing executivein the record industry working with such superstars as U2, Van Morrison, Elton John and others. Jeb draws on his wealth of knowledge and connections to help clients navigate the Brooklyn real estate waters successfully as well. Having given his own property listings to only one firm he trusted – Corcoran – Jeb naturally chose the best to associate with when he decided to get licensed. He looks forward to sharing his insight on various aspects of the market, from scouting properties to pricing, marketing and reinventing them, with his diverse and discerning clientele. Jeb and his family live in Brooklyn Heights. They also enjoy time in their home in the Hudson Valley. Jeb is an active and involved contributor to various historic preservation causes both in New York State and nationally.
