    About Justine
A native and current resident of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, Justine Torchio lives in a townhouse with her family which she completely designed and renovated. Justine has in fact had many years of personal experience buying, selling, renting out and renovating properties in both Brooklyn and South Florida. Her understanding of all sides of the closing table coupled with her keen eye for potential and the possibilities of space affords vital insight that clients can benefit from, and capitalize on. Justine has always demonstrated her great patience and ability to teach. She takes buyers and sellers through the often emotional transaction process with clarity and commitment, explaining every step so their options are transparent and decisions informed. Justine imparts a cheerful nature, energetic deameanor and determined attitude in all her encounters with clients. Justine is also an extremely hard worker and diligent problem solver who finds creative ways to bring parties together and successful deals to close. From Red Hook to DUMBO, Park Slope and beyond, Justine serves her clients' unique needs whether they're seeking or selling a Brooklyn co-op, condo or townhouse. Married with two daughters, Justine loves raising her family in a neighborhood that feels like a close community. "I love the people, the bakeries, restaurants, real butcher shops, diverse facilities, and beautiful architecture that abounds." Justine gives time as a volunteer on the Carroll Gardens Library Committee.

Clients share praise for Chris DiChiaro.

Justine was of tremendous help finding an apartment. We were moving from the UWS to Brooklyn. Being new to Brooklyn wasn't a problem; Justine has lived here all her life she gave us really good advice. She worked with us in a collaborative manner, showing us all available apartments. We rented an apartment listed by another agency, which proves she wanted us to find the perfect apartment.
