About Lilia
Lilia Torchio is an ambitious self-starter with a passion for real estate, architecture, and design. Lilia is originally from the North East and grew up working alongside of her father who is an architect. She adopted his love and appreciation for homes and he taught her about the structural and design elements. An interest in real estate and new construction came naturally to her. Lilia moved to South Florida to attend Palm Beach Atlantic University and fell in love with South Florida. Excited by the beauty around her, she got her real estate license and quickly got to work. She was able to close her first two deals while she was still in college. After graduating with a degree in Business Management, she made West Palm Beach her home. She prides herself on her local insight, market knowledge, and commitment to her clients. She loves the excitement of crafting a deal and the joy that comes from handing her customers the keys to their new home.
Outside of work, Lilia loves being active and spends most of her free time outdoors. She sneaks away to the beach as often as she can and enjoys snorkeling, surfing, and fishing. She is passionate about ministry and missions work and volunteers with Palm Beach County Young Life, a youth outreach program for middle and high school students. Lilia loves to laugh and has a great sense of humor. She is known for her willingness to help and serve those around her.
