A luxury property specialist serving the beautiful beaches of northwest Florida and 30A, Lynne Andrews is a seasoned entrepreneur and successful business owner who lives, loves and thrives at the beach. After graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Georgia, she began her career in healthcare marketing and public relations working in house for some of the largest not-for-profit health systems in metro-Atlanta. In 1999, she founded Marketing Expectations, a boutique marketing and public relations agency, bringing to life award-winning PR and marketing campaigns for healthcare, logistics and manufacturing clients across the U.S.
Lynne fell in the love with the sugar sand beaches and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast while vacationing in Destin with her family beginning in the late 70’s. She purchased her first beach home in 2004 and her passion for real estate investing was born. She has successfully marketed and managed her homes as a rental property for more than 15 years and continues to grow her own investment portfolio. In 2018, with her two sons grown and attending college in Georgia, she made the decision to follow her dreams and passions for real estate and vacation rental management and relocate to 30A full-time. She achieved her real estate license within months of arriving and since that time has worked with her vast network of clients to help them find their dream properties along the beautiful 30A corridor. Lynne’s passion for understanding clients’ needs and her strategic insights on investment properties along 30A is a tremendous advantage for both buyers and sellers alike.
