About Patricia
Patricia has been a leading force in Manhattan real estate for the past four decades. She began her career at the inception of NY condominium development wave in the 1970’s when she consulted with Aristotle Onassis on the planning and marketing of Olympic Tower, the first luxury modern post-war condominium to be constructed in New York City. She subsequently performed the same role for Charles Shaw, the Chicago developer of the architectural award winning Museum Tower which rises above MOMA, the Museum of Modern Art, where she also acquired a home.
Patricia subsequently brought her deep understanding of the marketing and advertising side of real estate and her unparalleled understanding of the co-op and condo process, acquired as an attorney, to develop a major career in retail sales of cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties. In 2000, Patricia, attracted to the superior cutting edge technology of the Corcoran Group, joined Barbara Corcoran’s firm where she continued her career heading up a number of very successful sales teams, a number of whose members have gone on to real estate careers of their own.
Throughout her extremely successful sales career, Patricia also found the time to serve on various housing related NYC Bar Association Committees and to teach courses at New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
Committed to giving back to the community where she has enjoyed a very successful real estate career, Patricia donates 50% of the net proceeds of the commission income from her brokerage business to her family foundation which supports non-profits engaged in the reduction of homelessness and the creation of affordable housing; the public’s increased understanding of mental illness and the treatment of those afflicted and their families and the preservation of social and architectural history.

Patricia continues to pursue excellence in real estate sales, working in collaboration with several highly qualified Corcoran Senior-level brokers. Her mantra continues to be Warren Buffet’s advice: “Take good care of your customers and your business will take care of itself.”
