Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He served as president of the board of directors for his condominium’s homeowners’ association so has first-hand awareness of coop and condo operations and purchase requirements. Prior to creating his real estate business, Paul worked for a Fortune 100 company in the New York metropolitan area gaining experience in strategic business management & operations as well as finance and accounting. His business acumen and work ethic are complemented by thoughtful communication and guidance with clients.
