Clients share praise for Scott Waldman.

I cannot say enough about Scott! I Interviewed eight different realtors, several of which wanted to list my place way lower than I thought it was worth. They wanted to get in and out as quick as possible to get their commission. As soon as I met with Scott I knew he cared about my best interest. He explained that my outdoor space was worth much more then the other realtors had told me.

After deciding to move back to NYC from LA, we began working with Scott to sell our Williamsburg apartment (which we had been renting out) so that we could buy a multifamily townhouse somewhere in Brooklyn. Scott found a buyer pretty quickly - there were multiple offers within two weeks - and then we began searching for places in Bushwick, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy.
