Sebastian joined the Corcoran Sunshine Group as Director of Global Sales after moving to New York. He first launched residential sales at Hudson Yards; one of the largest private real estate developments in US history developed by Related Companies. With a tremendous launch success, Sebastian transitioned to 53W53; one of Manhattan’s most sought-after superstructures, developed by Hines, GoldmanSachs and the Pontiac Land Group. In order to take full advantage of his skill set, creating highest values for his clients, he joined the Corcoran Group in 2018 as Senior Global Real Estate Advisor. Sebastian enjoys an exemplary background in global real estate sales. He launched his career in the Turks & Caicos Islands where he lived and worked for almost a decade. Most notably was his involvement as Director of Sales at Amanyara; an Aman Resort. Being involved in over $1billion of real estate transactions, Sebastian is an invaluable asset of buying and selling real estate in New York City and globally. Throughout his career Sebastian worked alongside architects as Zaha Hadid, Jean Nouvel, Shigeru Ban, Kengo Kuma, Piero Lissoni, David Chipperfield, Jean-Michel Gathy and Thierry Despont. On the hospitality management side he worked together with Aman Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotels and the Greenbrier Hotel. Sebastian was born in Germany. He holds a BA (hons) in International Business and Management from the European Business School in London.
