Shelley O'Keefe has a unique real estate perspective in that she splits her time between resales/rentals and new development. What started as intrigue in how people utilize space has evolved into skillful knowledge of what sells real estate, and how to match a buyer with the right home. With over 35 years of sales and marketing experience, 20 of which have been with Corcoran Group Marketing, Shelley has established herself as a top tier broker in Manhattan's competitive real estate industry. Shelley has successfully worked with buyers and sellers throughout New York City to realize their real estate goals. When not working in the resale market, Shelley has been involved in over 30 new developments with Corcoran Group Marketing and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Shelley has proudly sold out all of her projects, maximizing sales dollars for sellers and developers as well as breaking price per square foot records in several neighborhoods. Shelley's experience as managing director or sales director includes ground up condominiums, conversions and rentals in all areas of New York City. Her most recent projects include 287LES (287 East Houston), The Noma(50 W 30th Street), D'orsay (211 W 14th Street), 505 W 19th, The Printing House garden collection and 155 E 79th. To date, Shelley has completed over $1.5billion in real estate sales transactions and has been recognized as one of Corcoran's top brokers since her first year in real estate. Originally from South Carolina, Shelley earned a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. After 15 years and a career path that led her to head of regional sales for 2 luxury brands, Shelley set her sights on real estate and has never looked back.
