About Sue
Sue Wolfe has called Brownstone Brooklyn "home" since the 1960's, first owning a brownstone in Fort Greene, then moving to a house in Boerum Hill. Before Lissa came to Real Estate she & Sue bought and sold a house in Red Hook. So Brooklyn's neighborhoods are well known and understood by her.

Sue developed her negotiating skills in a previous business life, which took her to Europe and the Far East, and she brings that skill, plus her knowledge of the buying and selling process, to working with you.
For an array of community related activities focused on her Boerum Hill neighborhood and the Atlantic Avenue corridor are both special to her. She has been an active board member of the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corp., for many years and president of the Boerum Hill Association for six years. There she has been working with the Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Gowanus neighborhoods to renovate Thomas Greene Park with the formation of a stakeholders group - the Friends of Douglass/Greene Park The wonderful Brooklyn waterfront park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, is a dream finally coming through and Sue is working with the Park Community Council as a park advocate.
Gardening is another interest and Sue is proud that her block of Atlantic Avenue has been a consistent winner in the "Greenest Commercial Block of Brooklyn" contest since its inception.
