My spouse and I were interested in buying a townhouse in Central Brooklyn. We knew that we wanted a two- or three-family house, and we were looking for a house with some strong fundamentals, but with enough room left in our budget to make some personal touches. We worked with the Dima Lysius team, and they were extraordinary from start to finish. They understood what we were looking for, respected our budget, and showed us a range of homes that reflected exactly what we wanted to see. They understand the local market with extraordinary specificity, and they brought a range of other important skills to the search process (including Josiane's legal background and Joe's knowledge of the residential finance markets. Throughout the process, the Dima Lysius team was thoughtful, responsive, and proactive with our search. At the end of the day, we purchased a beautiful two-family townhouse in Crown Heights, which we love. I can't imagine having done this transaction without the Dima Lysius team. I highly recommend working with the Dima Lysius Team, and I would definitely work with them again on any future real estate projects in Brooklyn.

Joseph and Josiane were right there for me every step of the way in not only finding the incredible home I lived in for 5 years, but selling it for me quickly when it was time to move out of state. It can be stressful going through this process but I was always kept at ease. Joseph is the consummate pro. Even though I'm sure he's busy, he still takes the time to talk to me if I call and is helping make sure I find another home now. Joe and his team really care and it shows. I consider him a friend at this point but I don't think there's a better realtor out there.

Joe and Josiane are an amazing team! They sold our condo in record time AND got us our asking price!
